ROCA White Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

Description: This famous classic American cookie is a treat no matter what the age or occasion. Enjoy it with a glass of cold milk.

Yield: 20 Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cups Almond ROCA Cream Wine

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Grease baking sheet or line your pan or cookie sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a nonstick baking mat as an alternative to greasing.

  3. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking powder.

  4. In a large bowl, blend butter and sugar until reaches creamy consistency.

  5. Add Almond ROCA Cream, egg and vanilla to butter mixture. Continue mixing until free of lumps.

  6. Add walnuts and white chocolate chips.

  7. Scoop out balls of dough and drop on baking sheet roughly 3 inches apart. Use bottom of a glass to flatten cookie dough balls.

  8. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown, rotating baking sheet in oven halfway through cooking time.

  9. Take out of oven and let cookies cool before eating.
