However, in your communications with Brown & Haley, please keep in mind that all comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, recipes or other information disclosed or offered to Brown & Haley by this site or in response to solicitations in this site shall be deemed and shall remain the property of Brown & Haley. Our creative departments are continuously launching new products, packaging and marketing ideas. Often, these ideas are in the developmental stage for years prior to actually being launched.
