ROCA Caramel Cups (No bake)

Yield: About 24 ROCA caramel cups
Ingredients
1 cup milk chocolate chips
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
10 oz. can Dark ROCA
½ cup caramel, prepared sauce
¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions
In a non-stick baking mold with mini cups, place 3 or 4 milk chocolate chips.
Melt in microwave on medium 30-60 seconds, only until melted.
Spread across bottom and up sides to form cups.
Place in refrigerator to cool completely until hardened.
In a small bowl, blend together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, reserving a small amount for later.
In cooled chocolate cups, sprinkle and press graham cracker mix covering bottom of cups.
Unwrap Dark ROCA and crush into smaller pieces.
Fill each cup with Dark ROCA.
Pour caramel sauce on top, covering the ROCA.
Sprinkle tops with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
Drizzle melted white chocolate on top to garnish.
Remove from mold and place on serving dish.
