Mole Mezcal Roca — Rita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mezcal (Like Del Maguey - Vita)

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • .5 - .75 oz Demerara Syrup

  • .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 4 Dashes Mole Bitters

  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

  • Rocks glass w/ Orange Express

Directions

  1. Dip rim of rocks glass in lime juice & into Dark Roca Salt mix.

  2. Add ice & chill in freezer while building cocktail.

  3. Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker & shake for 12-15 seconds. 

  4. Poor over ice in a rocks glass, garnish with an orange peel, sip & enjoy!

Dark Roca Toffee Rim Recipe

  • 1 Extra Dark Roca, crushed fine

  • 1 Dash of Flakey Salt (like Maldon or Jacobson)

  • 1 Dash of Tajin
