Mole Mezcal Roca — Rita

Ingredients
2 oz Mezcal (Like Del Maguey - Vita)
1 oz Cointreau
.5 - .75 oz Demerara Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 Dashes Mole Bitters
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Rocks glass w/ Orange Express
Directions
Dip rim of rocks glass in lime juice & into Dark Roca Salt mix.
Add ice & chill in freezer while building cocktail.
Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker & shake for 12-15 seconds.
Poor over ice in a rocks glass, garnish with an orange peel, sip & enjoy!
Dark Roca Toffee Rim Recipe
1 Extra Dark Roca, crushed fine
1 Dash of Flakey Salt (like Maldon or Jacobson)
1 Dash of Tajin
1 Dash Paprika
