This award winning recipe features a crushed Sea Salt Caramel ROCA topping, chocolate chips, butterscotch, peanut butter and marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 11 oz chocolate Chips

  • 11 oz bag butterscotch chips

  • 10 oz bag mini marshmallows

  • 10 oz peanut butter

  • 22-25 Sea Salt Caramel ROCA - chopped

 

Directions

  • Line a 13 x 9 in pan with parchment.

  • In a glass bowl mix chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together and melt in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until it has smooth texture.

  • Add peanut butter to melted mixture and stir until smooth.

  • Place marshmallows in a large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over. Stir to coat quickly.

  • Pour into pan and spread evenly.

  • Immediately top with chopped Sea Salt Caramel ROCA pieces and gently press into top.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • ENJOY!
