Quick ROCA—Crumb Fruit Pie
A quick and easy streusel topped fruit pie.

Ingredients
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 can (1lb. 5oz.) cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling
Topping
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup crushed ALMOND ROCA Buttercrunch
Directions
Preheat oven at 400˚F
Spoon fruit filling into unbaked pie shell.
Mix sugar and flour; cut in butter
Add crushed Almond ROCA and mix in with fork. Sprinkle over filling
Cool until slightly warm.
Bake at 400˚F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
