Quick ROCA—Crumb Fruit Pie


A quick and easy streusel topped fruit pie.

Total Time: Approx. 35 min

Yield: Varies depending on size

Ingredients

  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell

  • 1 can (1lb. 5oz.) cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1/3 cup butter

  • 1/3 cup crushed ALMOND ROCA Buttercrunch

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 400˚F

  2. Spoon fruit filling into unbaked pie shell.

  3. Mix sugar and flour; cut in butter

  4. Add crushed Almond ROCA and mix in with fork. Sprinkle over filling

  5. Cool until slightly warm.

  6. Bake at 400˚F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

  7. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
